Helena was born in Spain but lived in several cities in Spain until she decided to do her last year of High School in Las Vegas, USA. She completed her degree at Leeds University and then studied Interior Design - searching to develop a career in a creative setting. At this time she was given the chance to take over a beautiful Victorian apothecary and she developed her own brand of fashion accessories and oddities.

Helena appeared in 2019’s “Great British Bake Off” and won the hearts of the nation with her eccentric style, spooky approach and fun-loving personality. Obsessed with anything witchy, Helena has gone on to write “The Wicked Baker: Cakes & Treats to Die For”, “The Witch-Crafting Handbook: Magical Projects and Recipes for you and your Home” and her first children’s book, “My Mummy is a Witch” hits our shelves this year!

Helena made her acting debut in "What We Do in the Shadows” for FX alongside Matt Berry and Natasha Demetriou!
